“Coach Josh Ferrell brings tremendous energy, passion, and talent to our program,” said Russellville Athletic Director Ben Goodman.  “We are confident that Coach Ferrell's leadership will have a positive impact on our student-athletes both on and off the court. I look forward to supporting Coach Ferrell as he begins this new chapter with our team.”

Before returning to West Fork to coach, he was an assistant at Rogers for his father David, who is an inductee in the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame.

Coach Ferrell earned a masters degree at Arkansas State University.  His wife Ashton is a graduate of Russellville High School.  They have one son, Paycen.
