2025 COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD WINNER

Russellville, AR — Russellville High School proudly announces that Jared Fuller, head coach

of Soccer, has been recognized by The AEA Institute as a 2025 Coach of the Year Award

Winner — a national honor celebrating coaches who exemplify leadership, resilience, and

transformational impact through sport.

The AEA Institute’s Coach of the Year award honors leaders who go beyond wins and losses;

recognizing those who build disciplined, resilient, and mentally strong athletes. Each winner

demonstrates an unwavering commitment to mindset development, accountability, and

excellence both on and off the field.

He produces kids that believe they will win each time they take the field regardless of

talent gaps, resulting in 9 state championships in 12 years.

Nominated by Athletic Director Ben Goodman, Coach Fuller was selected for his dedication to

building a championship culture rooted in belief, discipline, and accountability. He exemplifies

what The AEA Institute calls Coaching with Purpose — where confidence, standards, and

mentorship drive sustained success.

A 22-year coaching veteran, Jared Fuller has built one of the most respected high school

soccer programs in the region. Under his leadership, the men’s soccer program has captured 9

state championships in the past 12 years, fueled by a culture that emphasizes belief,

preparation, and relentless standards over perceived talent gaps.

Coach Fuller consistently produces athletes who compete with confidence and conviction. He is

a tireless advocate for his players’ best interests, setting expectations so high that program

alumni regularly return to mentor current players and uphold the same culture of excellence. His

impact extends far beyond wins; shaping leaders, teammates, and young men prepared for

success in every arena of life.
